In 2016, NSS launched its own asphalt concrete plant. The plant is engaged in the production of coarse and fine-grained asphalt. Production capacity 80 t / h. The factory employs 28 people. Production is fully automated. The plant is equipped with modern German TELTOMAT 80 asphalt mixing installation, 4 asphalt pavers, 8 asphalt rollers, 4 graders. The production uses raw materials from the Zhanaorpa-7 field in the Shetpe village of the Mangistau Oblast, where building stone is mined. Bitumen is purchased in Aktau.

Ready-mixed concrete plant Daulet began its work in 2019. We offer high quality concrete of various classes, manufactured on all standards. Concrete is the standard of modern high-tech equipment. The factory has a specialized accredited laboratory, and thanks to constant monitoring, we confidently keep the level of the highest quality of our products. The plant is equipped with a horizontal twin roll mixer with a volume of 2 cubic meters. This means that we can continuously produce up to 120 cubic meters of concrete per hour. At the same time, the process is automated as much as possible, which allows making concrete even more high-quality and durable.
Our product range is very diverse, we offer:
• production of coarse-grained and fine-grained concrete with a classic strength of B7.5 to B40 with mobile mobility;
• Adherent and structural lightweight expanded-clay concrete (GOST 25820-2014);
• Mortars (GOST 28013-98);

In the production of concrete, high-quality BASF additives are used, which provide frost resistance of concrete and the required rheological properties, i.e. its viscosity and fluidity. In winter, the use of antifrosty additives makes it possible to lay concrete mix in conditions of -15 degrees C.

The plant “Daulet Concrete” offers high-quality road kerbs made in accordance with international regulatory requirements. Our road kerbs are distinguished by perfect observance of geometric proportions and high quality.
In the production of concrete, from which the road kerb is made, high-quality BASF additives are used to ensure the frost resistance of concrete and the required rheological properties, i.e. its viscosity and fluidity. In winter, the use of anti-frost additives makes it possible to lay the concrete mix in conditions up to -15 degrees C. Made of high-quality concrete mix road kerbs are strong, frost-resistant, moisture-resistant and durable building material.
We offer heat-resistant sandwich panels with polystyrene wool. The thickness of the panels is – 40/50-80/100/120/150/200 cm, max length – 13 m. Panels are connected using the classic z-Lock connection, which provides high strength and density of the joint, due to the increased depth of the lock, ensures the prevention of moisture penetration into the insulation, facilitates installation work. All these properties make it possible to increase the density and reliability of the material, ensuring long service of products while maintaining all performance characteristics.
