Working efficiency of QA/QC department is controlled by planned audits, as well as management inspections. Actions are taken and correction action are taken for closing the nonconformance reports.

Quality Assurance and Quality Control system was developed and is being improved based on works performed and gained Experience in order to ensure the effective implementation on site, in accordance with the provisions and RoK and clients’ requirements.

QA/QC inspectors must make sure that the quality of construction materials correspond to technical specifications, WEP, approved working drawings, laboratory mechanical tests as per requirements of ASME and GOST, i.e. stretching test, flexture test, Charpy impact strength test, PVC pipe joint testing, macro section analysis, welding joints strength test, non-destructive testing.
